Dosage & Preparation of Protein Pancakes

For roughly 4 pancakes, place 80g of baking mix (approx. 8 tbsp.) in a bowl or shaker. Add 150ml cold water. Then stir or shake vigorously until smooth. Spoon or pour into a hot pan. Instead of butter we recommend coconut oil.

Tip

Our Protein Pancakes don't contain any added sugar, so you can enjoy them sweet or savory. Why not try them with some homemade chia-raspberry jam or a slice of salmon with avocado and egg?


DOSAGE & PREPARATION PROTEIN MUESLI

Use a spoon to stir the contents of the tin thoroughly to evenly distribute the flakes, nuts, and berries. Measure 60g (approx. 6 tablespoons) and mix it with milk or a milk alternative.

Dosage & Preparation Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are very versatile and can be sprinkled in your muesli or yogurt at breakfast or used as a topping for salads and hot dishes. You shouldn't eat more than 15g of chia seeds per day.

Tip

Start the day by adding a helping of white chia seeds to a filling bowl of Protein Porridge, a homemade smoothie, or yogurt for a powerful and balanced meal. This will supply your body with a healthy mix of high-quality protein, nutrients, fiber, and vitamins.


Dosage & Preparation of Protein Bread
  • Add 230ml water to the baking mix and combine until you get an even dough.
  • Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Knead thoroughly.
  • Place the dough on a prepared baking tray or into a greased baking tin of your choice.
  • Bake on the middle shelf of your preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 50 minutes.

Note: The exact baking time may vary depending on your oven. If baking in a fan-assisted oven, keep an eye on the bread after 40 minutes, as less baking time may be required depending on temperature distribution.

Our Protein Bread is completely free of preservatives. That's why we recommend that you eat your baked bread within 2 days. The baked Protein Bread can also be frozen in portions and thawed as desired.

Tip

Use a knife to see if the bread is baked through. Stick the knife vertically into the thickest part of the bread. If there's no dough stuck to the knife when you pull it out, it's done. In fan-assisted ovens, test the bread after approx. 40 minutes. One baking mix (230g) will produce about 360g of bread.

DOSAGE & PREPARATION
PROTEIN PORRIDGE

Shake tin well before use. Then mix 60g (approx. 6 tablespoons) of porridge to 120ml hot water, and let sit for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Tip

Our Protein Porridge tastes delicious with nuts or fruit. Use some goji berries or chia seeds to enrich your Protein Porridge if you need an extra energy boost in the morning.

Does soy mess with my hormone levels?

Soy contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens. Contrary to popular belief, these are not hormones. They're phytochemicals that are similar in structure to estradiol, the natural female hormone estrogen. It has not been proven beyond doubt whether or not the consumption of soy has an impact on hormone levels. For our Protein Muesli and Protein Porridge, we’ve taken the preventative measure of naturally processing our soy flakes to remove nearly 90% of the phytoestrogens.
