500 g Low fat quark


  • First of all, separate eggs and beat the egg white untill stiff. Then mix the baking powder with foodspring Whey Protein Vanilla.
  • Smoosh the banana in a mixing bowl. Add quark, egg yolk and melted butter.
  • Mix everything up and gently fold in the beaten egg white.
  • Add the mixture to a greased springform pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C / 356 °F.
  • Leave to cool down and enjoy.
