For the shake :
250 ml non-dairy milk (e.g. almond or oat)
30 g
5 frozen strawberries
1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream (optional)
a drop of vanilla extract
For the toppings:
Vegan chocolate syrup, sliced almonds, strawberries, vegan whipped cream, etc.


This recipe yields one shake. With no toppings, the shake has 246 kcal and 25g of protein. 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until creamy.
  2. Drizzle a bit of chocolate syrup around the inside of a glass. Fill the glass with the shake.
  3. Garnish with the toppings of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
