Add half of the banana and the berries to the quark and blend it into a purée with a dash of water.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Cut the rest of the banana into small slices and lay them out in a semi-circle on the smoothie.
Add the rest of the raspberries, goji berries and dessicated coconut on top.
Drizzle the honey over the top of the smoothie bowl to finish.
Now you have a power breakfast!
There really is no limit to what you can do: Garnish your smoothie bowl with chia seeds, roasted nuts of your choice, dried fruits or even oatmeal for an even bigger energy boost – anything goes, if it tastes good!
