Ingredients:

2 tbsp | low-fat quark |
1 | banana |
100 g | raspberries |
water | |
1 tbsp | oney |
1 tbsp | Organic Goji Berries by foodspring |
1 tbsp | grated coconut |
Preparation
- Add half of the banana and the berries to the quark and blend it into a purée with a dash of water.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Cut the rest of the banana into small slices and lay them out in a semi-circle on the smoothie.
- Add the rest of the raspberries, goji berries and dessicated coconut on top.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the smoothie bowl to finish.
- Now you have a power breakfast!

There really is no limit to what you can do: Garnish your smoothie bowl with chia seeds, roasted nuts of your choice, dried fruits or even oatmeal for an even bigger energy boost – anything goes, if it tastes good!
