30 g | foodspring Shape Shake Cocos Crisp |
2 tbsp. | foodspring Organic Coconut Oil |
10 g | Coconut Flakes |
10 g | Coconut Water |
Preparation
- First mix our foodspring Shape Shake Cocos Crisp or Whey Protein Cocos Crisp with the Coconut Oil and the coconut water. Then roll the dough into a ball shape.
- For the optimal consistence add coconut flakes.
- Put the protein balls in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
