Ingredients:

2 Eggs
40 g Whole wheat flour
2 g Baking powder
20 g foodspring Whey Protein Vanilla
10 g Sunflower oil

Preparation

  • First of all, mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Add some oil to a pan and heat it over medium heat. Use 2 1/2 tablespoon batter for 1 pancake. Brown each on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and use whatever you like to garnish the pancakes. We recommend fresh berries, such as blueberries, strawberries or raspberries, mango, pineapple and coconut flakes.
