For the toppings:
60 g cream cheese
1/2 small zucchini (a.k.a. courgette)
60 g low-fat mozzarella
1/2 red onion
fresh basil leaves

Preparation:

Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
    • Mix the protein pizza mix with the water.
    • Dust your work surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough or press it flat with your hands until it reaches a diameter of about 26 cm.
    • Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the pizza crust on it and prebake for 15-20 minutes.
    • Spread the cream cheese on the pizza crust and top with mozzarella. Slice the zucchini and onions into thin rings and lay on top of the mozzarella. Bake another 10 minutes, until crispy.  
    • Garnish your pizza bianca with fresh basil leaves.
    • Enjoy!
