100 g oat flour
75 g Whey Protein Vanilla by foodspring
3 bananas
1 eggs
200 ml low-fat milk
1 tbsp oil

Bananas are not really known to be very high in protein, but they make this bread incredibly moist and delicious. The whey protein is what makes this bread so rich in protein.

 Preparing the banana protein bread

  • Cut the bananas into small slices
  • Mix together with the oat flour, whey protein, egg, milk and oil until you get a slightly runny dough. Add more milk or whey protein to the mix as needed
  • Place the dough on a greased baking mould and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, then let it cool a bit.


As a side dish, best served with low-fat quark and chopped fruits.
