Ingredients:

50 g Vegan Protein Chocolate by foodspring
50 g oatmeal
50 g Organic Peanut Butter by foodspring
200 ml soy milk

Preparing the big chocolate cookies

  • Mix all ingredients until they form a stiff batter, then flatten it out onto a plate.
  • Place in the fridge for 60 minutes so the cookie can harden.
  • Then drizzle a very thin layer of chocolate glaze over the top and let it cool again.

Tip:

The addition of a ripe banana makes these cookies an energy as well as carbohydrate rich snack.
