Ingredients:

600 g cashew nuts
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 lemon
50 ml lemon juice

Preparing the cashew cream with seasonal fruit

  • Strain your softened cashew nuts and pour into a blender.
  • Grate some lemon zest and then squeeze the juice out.
  • Add all of the ingredients and blend into an even mixture.
  • Garnish with some seasonal fruit and agave syrup.

 

Approx. 120g of the cashew cream is enough for a breakfast that will give you energy for the day.
