450 ml | water |
45 g | Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring |
100 g | Greek yoghurt |
50 g | kibbled linseeds |
10 g | unsweetened cocoa powder |
Add stevia to taste |
Preparing the protein chia seed chocolate pudding
- Mix your chia seeds into the water and let them sit for at least 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the chia mixture (that should be a yellow colour now).
- Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
