Preparing the protein chia seed chocolate pudding
- Mix your chia seeds into the water and let them sit for at least 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the chia mixture (that should be a yellow colour now).
- Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
Best served with fresh blueberries of raspberries. If you want a vegan alternative, simply use plant-based yoghurt and Vegan Protein Chocolate by foodspring.
