Ingredients:

50 g Organic Chia Seeds by foodspring
450 ml water
45 g Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring
100 g Greek yoghurt
50 g kibbled linseeds
10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Add stevia to taste

Preparing the protein chia seed chocolate pudding

  • Mix your chia seeds into the water and let them sit for at least 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the chia mixture (that should be a yellow colour now).
  • Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve and enjoy!

Tip:

Best served with fresh blueberries of raspberries. If you want a vegan alternative, simply use plant-based yoghurt and Vegan Protein Chocolate by foodspring.
