Ingredients:

3 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds by foodspring
250 ml almond milk
or
soy milk
50 gr 50 g fresh berries
Stevia to taste

Preparing the chia seed pudding

  • Mix the chia seeds with the almond milk. Stir occasionally.
  • Place in the fridge to cool for approx. 30 minutes, then serve with fresh fruit and enjoy.

Tip:

It is best to leave in the fridge overnight and serve with fresh fruit in the morning.
