300 ml milk, 1.5%
or
almond milk
1 ripe banana

Preparing the Shape Shake with banana

  • Put the milk, Shape Shake powder and 3/4 of the banana into a blender and blend.
  • Fill into a glass and garnish with the leftover banana.
