30 g Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring
1 egg white
1 pinch of gingerbread spice

Preparing the egg Christmas shake

  • Add 200 ml of almond milk, whey chocolate and a pinch of gingerbread spice to a foodspring shaker and shake it up.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Beat your egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Evenly distribute the beaten egg whites into the glasses.
  • To finish, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
