Ingredients:

75 g oatmeal, fine
1 egg white
1 egg (medium sized)
100 ml milk, 1.5%
150 g frozen berry mix
30 g Organic Protein Chocolate by foodspring
1 tsp baking cocoa

Preparing the energy protein cake

  • Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes.
  • Cool and then dig in!

 This protein cake is best eaten as a post-workout meal when building up muscle.

Tip:

Add some desiccated coconut and lots of raspberries to the protein cake to make it a more summery delight.
