Ingredients:

2 tbsp 3k protein natural by foodspring
or
2 tbsp whey protein natural by foodspring
150 g blueberries
1 tsp Organic Peanut Butter
20 g Organic Goji Berries
300 ml ice cold water

Preparing the power smoothies with goji berries

  • Wash the blueberries
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
