Ingredients:

250 ml orange juice
6-8 carrot greens (without stems)
1 mango (medium sized)
1/2 cucumber
200 g grapes
1 tbsp Superfood Berries von foodspring
1 tsp olive oil(Organic Coconut Oil by foodspring)
250 ml water
ginger (peeled, half the size of a thumb)

Preparing the super green power smoothie

  • Peel the mango with a knife or a peeler.
  • Cut the flesh as close as possible to the stone on either side. 
  • Cut the mango and cucumber into thick pieces and add them to the blender.
  • Add the rest of your ingredients and blend well.
  • Now you have a green energy booster!
