Preparing the Low Carb Protein Banana Cheesecake

  • First you have to separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff. Then mix the baking powder with the foodspring whey protein powder (preferably vanilla flavour).
  • Mash up the bananas in a bowl and then mix them with the quark, egg yolks and your already melted butter.
  • Now just mix in the protein/baking powder mix. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
  • The whole thing is then poured into the greased springform and baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool and enjoy!


This banana cheesecake tastes best with fresh fruit or fruit purée.
