Ingredients:

50 g wheat bran
50 g Whey Protein Natural by foodspring
50 g kibbled linseeds
50 g chopped walnuts
2 egg(s)
1 tsp baking powder
250 g low-fat quark

Preparing the low-carb walnut bread

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend into a uniform dough.
  • Let it rest for at least of 10 minutes.
  • Then shape the dough into a bread loaf and place it on a baking tray. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
