50 g shiitake mushrooms
100 g red pepper
50 g snow peas
50 g spring onions
100 g tofu
50 g red miso
10 g instant wakame seaweed

Preparation of Miso soup

  • Add the shiitake mushrooms to 1 litre of boiling water and let them cook for two minutes.
  • Add the rest of your finely chopped vegetables and cook for another two minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and add the tofu and wakame.
  • Mix the Miso in a small bowl with a little bit of soup until smooth, then mix it in with the rest of the soup.
  • Serve the soup piping hot.
