Ingredients:

3 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter by foodspring
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
1/2 tbsp organic vanilla sugar
1/4 tbsp cream of tartar baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparing the peanut butter cookies

  • Mix the peanut butter and dessicated coconut in a bowl.
  • Slowly add the salt, vanilla and baking powder.
  • Mix in the almond milk until you get a creamy dough.
  • Roll small dough balls and use a fork to flatten them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let them cool. 

Tip:

If you like fruity things, add 3 tbsp of dried cranberries to the dough. Tastes amazing!
