Ingredients:

40 g crushed almonds
2 over-ripe bananas
50 g Vegan Protein Vanilla by foodspring
200 ml warm water
4 apples

Preparing the protein apple cake

  • Mix all the ingredients until you get a firm consistency, then press the dough into a spring form.
  • grate 4 sweet apples and spread them over the base. Sprinkle almond flakes/sliced almonds over the top and garnish with cinnamon.
  • Cool in the fridge for 3 hours
