Preparing the protein chocolate mug cake
- Mix the low-fat quark, the oatmeal and the whey protein in a bowl until it is a uniform mixture.
- Add the mixture to a small mug.
- Put this in the microwave at 800 watts for about 3.5 minutes.
- Now you have a mug cake that is rich in protein.
