100 g low-fat quark
30 g Whey Protein Chocolate by foodspring
50 g oatmeal

 Preparing the protein chocolate mug cake

  • Mix the low-fat quark, the oatmeal and the whey protein  in a bowl until it is a uniform mixture.
  • Add the mixture to a small mug.
  • Put this in the microwave at 800 watts for about 3.5 minutes.
  • Now you have a mug cake that is rich in protein.
