Delicious banana pancakes for breakfast. Perfect alternative to daily muesli.

Preparing the protein pancakes

  • First you place the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together until you get a creamy batter.
  • Now move on to your preheated pan. Use about 2 1/2 tbsp of the mixed batter for one pancake. Fry each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve the pancakes with your favourite ingredients. We recommend fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries or raspberries) or exotic garnishes like mango, pineapple or coconut flakes.


Add some chopped banana to the batter for delicious banana pancakes.
