80 g whey protein natural by foodspring
15 g baking powder
125 g low-fat quark
50 g soft butter
2 tbsp olive oil
a pinch of salt

Preparing the protein pizza dough

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Mix the whey protein with baking powder and some salt.
  • Combine the butter and quark into a smooth mixture. Pour the cream into your protein mixture. Work it all into a smooth dough.
  • Roll out your dough and brush with olive oil.
  • Top the pizza with whatever you like.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.


Finish off the protein pizza with your favourite ingredients and toppings.
