Ingredients:

1 avocado, ripe
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
3 tbsp agave syrup
30 ml oat milk (alternatively almond, coconut, rice etc.)
Toppings
Cocoa nibs
Nuts
Desiccated coconut

Preparing the vegan chocolate mousse

  • Halve your avocado, get rid of the seed and then remove the flesh with a spoon.
  • Add the flesh to a bowl with some cocoa powder and agave syrup and purée until you get an even mixture. 
  • Add your milk a bit at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
  • Now just put the mousse in a small bowl and enjoy!
