100 g | strawberries, fresh or frozen |
1 tsp | chia seeds by foodspring |
100 ml | low-fat milk |
150 ml | water |

1 | banana, frozen |
1 tsp | peanut butter as a topping (optional) |
Preparation:
Bereiding
- Put the strawberries and chia seeds into a blender. Puree and pour into a glass.
- Using the same blender jug, mix the milk, water, Whey Protein and banana. Blend into a creamy shake consistency.
- Add the banana shake to the strawberry puree. Top with peanut butter if you like!
- Enjoy!
