  • Water or milk?
    Fill the shaker about 1/3 of the way with water or milk.
  • Protein.
    Now add the powder. That is how you prevent lumps.
  • More liquid.
    Only leave a few centimetres of space at the top.
  • Shake it, shake it, shake it!
    Insert the sieve. Shake again. Enjoy!

How do you like it best?

You like to shake things up? We do too. If you are not in the mood for shaking, then our protein shakes will do (almost) anything else.  They are especially delicious when mixed with fresh fruit, in a smoothie or as a refreshing frappuccino. We have put together a few of our favourite recipes. 

Vanilla Chocolate Shake

Vanilla Chocolate Shake

Ingredients for one portion

30 g Vanilla flavour Shape Shake,  4 tsp. cocoa powder, 100 g low-fat quark, 100 ml low-fat milk, 2 tbsp. organic chia seeds, 1 tsp. organic coconut oil, 1 tsp honey and water

Nutritional information (per 100 g)

164 kcal, Carbohydrates: 6 g, Protein: 16 g, Fat: 7 g

Preparation
  • Blend low-fat quark, milk, Shape Shake and 2 tsp. cocoa powder until creamy.
  • Stir the chia seeds into the mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Cover the bottom of a small pot with water. Add the coconut oil, honey and 2 tsp. cocoa powder and continuously stir on a low heat until you get a dark chocolate sauce.
  • Alternate pouring the Shape Shake cream and chocolate sauce into a glass.

Tip

Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice and enjoy right away.

Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

Coconut Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients for one portion

200 ml low-fat milk, 30 g Whey Protein Cocos Crisp flavour or Shape Shake Cocos Crisp flavour, 100 g frozen raspberries, 10 g coconut flakes

Nutritional information (per 100 g)

94 kcal, Carbohydrates: 5 g, Protein: 10 g, Fat: 4 g

Preparation
  • Mix all your ingredients in a blender.
  • Then pour the mix into a glass.
  • Enjoy!

Tip

You can use frozen blueberries instead of frozen raspberries if you like. For a taste of summer, use the Shape Shake Cocos Crisp flavour.

Grapefruit Shape Shake

Grapefruit Shape Shake

Ingredients for one portion

30 g Shape Shake Neutral, 300 ml milk (1.5 fat or almond milk), 1/2 grapefruit, some mint

Nutritional information (per 100 g)

69 kcal, Carbohydrates: 3 g, Fat: 1 g, Protein: 5 g

Preparation
  • Fill the chopped grapefruit, Shape Shake powder and the milk into a blender and mix thoroughly
  • Pour the shake into a glass
  • Garnish with mint if you like
  • Your nutritious shake is ready

Tip

You can enjoy your shake over ice on hot days.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Frappuccino

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Frappuccino

Ingredients

300 ml almond milk, 10 g organic peanut butter, 5 g coffee granules, 30 g Whey Protein Chocolate Flavour, 1 cup of ice

Nutritional information (per 100 g)

247 kcal, Carbohydrates: 11 g, Fat: 10 g, Protein: 27 g

Preparation
  • Fill the ice cubes, peanut butter, coffee granules and Whey Protein Chocolate into a blender with at least 500 ml capacity.
  • Pour the almond milk in.
  • Blend on the highest setting.
  • Stop the blender, shake a little bit, then blend again.
  • Your protein frappuccino is ready.

Tip

This recipe is very creamy. You can change the consistency by using more or less liquid.
