A microwave cake can be just the thing you need for a quick and satisfying dessert! This banana protein mug cake is ready in a few minutes and goes perfectly with a few dark chocolate chips or a drizzle of hazelnut protein cream on top.
Mix everything and pour into a large microwave-safe mug sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place onto a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave on medium for 40-60 seconds - you might need to stop the microwave in the last 10-20 seconds, let the cake (which will have risen to the top) fall back down, then start the microwave again - this will stop it from overflowing.
Drizzle with the protein cream and eat the cake warm.
