Protein Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
For the pudding:- 280ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 20g cornflour
- 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 30g Whey Protein Chocolate
- 1 egg yolk
For the Topping:
- Protein Chocolate from foodspring
- fruit of your choice, orange zest
- Take some of the milk and mix with starch, cocoa powder, Whey Protein, and egg yolk.
- Carefully heat the rest of the milk in a small pot.
- When the milk comes to a boil, add the cocoa mixture and mix with a whisk. Allow to thicken.
- Garnish the pudding with toppings as desired.
