- You need:
- 150 ml 1.5% Milk
- 1 Banana, ripe
- 30g Whey Protein Cocos Crisp
- 100g Pineapple, frozen
- 100 ml Water
For the topping:
0,5 diced Protein Bar Extra Chocolate Crispy Coconut
- Combine milk, banana, and Whey Protein in a blender until creamy.
- Combine pineapple and water in a blender until a slushy-like consistency is reached. Add more water if necessary.
- Either combine both mixes or layer them on top of one another.
- Add topping if desired.

Vanilla Raspberry Shake

- Combine low fat quark or yogurt, Shape Shake, and cinnamon in a blender until creamy.
- The first layer of your shake is done. Empty your blender and give it a quick rinse.
- Combine raspberries and agave syrup in blender until roughly mixed.
- Layer the second layer of your shake over the first.
- Enjoy!

Chocolate Vanilla Shake

- You need:
- 30 g Whey Protein Vanille
- 4 tbsp powdered cocoa
- 100 ml low fat milk
- 2 tbsp white Chia seeds
- 1 tsp organic Cocnutoil
- 1 tsp honey und water
- Mix low fat quark or yogurt with milk, whey protein and 2 tbsp of cocoa powder untill creamy
- Mix in chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes
- Add water to a small pot so the bottom is covered and add coconutoil, honey and 2 tbsp of cocao powder. Mix while heating mildly until you have a creamy chocolate sauce.
- Layer both mixes on top of each other.
