Shape Shake intake recommendation

Mix 30 g (about 3 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 300 ml of water or skimmed milk. Fill the shaker with liquid first, then add the Shape Shake powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For best results, have 1 portion with dinner.

Recommended intake for coconut oil

Coconut oil can be used very sparingly, 1 tsp. or even just a knife tip is usually enough. Coconut oil begins to melt at about 28°C and can be stored at room temperature for baking and frying. The coconut oil will then have a spreadable, almost liquid consistency, making it extremely easy to measure out. When frying, make sure that the coconut oil is not heated too much, otherwise nutrients are lost.

Recommended intake for white chia seeds

White chia seeds are very versatile and can be used as a topping on salads, hot dishes and for breakfast in muesli or yoghurt. We recommend a healthy daily helping of about 15 to 30 g (1-2 tbsp.). You should not eat more than 30 g a day long-term.

Recommended intake for Protein Porridge

Simply add 120 ml boiling water to 60 g Protein Porridge and stir well. Then leave to stand for 4-5 mins, stirring occasionally. Protein Porridge makes an excellent hearty breakfast.

How can coconut oil help me reach my goals?

Coconut oil not only adds an exotic flavour to your food, it also supplies important nutrients for your body. MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) offer quick energy boosts and do not end up in fatty deposits. Coconut oil also has a high lauric acid content. Lauric acid is a great source of energy and a veritable power plant for the cells. A sufficient supply of lauric acid is also important in protecting the lipid membrane.

What are the benefits of chia seeds?

They are no less than a nutrient miracle. Each little seed contains plenty of proteins, minerals and fibres. Their unique swelling properties keeps you feeling full for longer and helps the body to utilise the intake energy much better. In addition to having these valuable nutrients, chia seeds are incredibly versatile in the kitchen. There really is no limit to what you can do with them.

Why should I have soya protein for breakfast?

Muscles need plenty of protein during the definition phase. As the body metabolises a lot of protein during the night, it makes sense to replenish the supply first thing in the morning. A well-balanced mix of plant-based and animal-based proteins taken over the course of the day is ideal. That is why we use organically grown soya from Lake Constance for our Protein Porridge. The family-run Hofgut Storzeln uses a special production process for its soya protein flakes that increases the Protein Porridge’s protein content to more than 30%.
