Mixed in 2 minutes. Frozen pizza has never been this easy.

Mix with milk

1. Put the baking mix into a bowl with 175 ml milk or milk alternative and mix with a whisk, until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Pour into the baking pan

2. Fold the foodspring Baking Pan according to the instructions and pour in the batter. You can, of course, use your own baking pan, greased with coconut oil.

Bake the brownies

3. Pre-heat your oven to approx. 175°C and bake the brownies for 15-20 minutes. Check the brownies from time to time as they cook. Your brownies should not be completely cooked through.

Divide into portions and enjoy

4. Now remove the brownies from the pan and cut them into small pieces. Serve the brownies warm. Eat them plain or add your favourite topping. Or freeze for later.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many brownies can I make with one pack?

That all depends on how large your pieces are. But seriously: With the accompanying foodspring Baking Pan, our Protein Brownies will be 17 x 13 cm in total. That should be enough to satisfy all your chocolate cravings.

I hate baking. Do the brownies really work every time?

Of course! Our brownies are as simple to make as your protein shake. Simply pour the baking mix into a bowl, add milk, and mix. Then pour into the baking pan. After 15-20 minutes, take your perfectly luscious chocolate brownies out of the oven.

So I just add milk? How does that work?

It works. Because our baking mix contains everything you need to make the perfect brownies: Whey protein from pasture-raised cows, plus egg protein from free-range hens. And the finest-quality dark chocolate. Oat, coconut and almond flour.

And I only need an oven?

Yep. You can't make them without an oven. Don't have one? Then why not try our delicious Protein Bars. They are unbelievably soft and like a Protein Brownie to go.
