Leistungssteigerung garantiert!

Ich nehme die Cocoa Flavanols nun seit 1,5 Monaten täglich und merke, dass meine Herzfrequenz sich dadurch stark reduziert hat. Mein Ruhepuls ist deutlich niedriger als sonst und insgesamt beginnt mein Puls schnell, sich wieder zu beruhigen. Dadurch kann sich mein Körper schneller und besser erholen. Außerdem fällt es mir leichter, im areoben Bereich zu trainieren, wodurch ich eine deutlich bessere Ausdauer habe als zuvor. Ich kann die Cocoa Flavanols also nur empfehlen!
